Fiji’s Criminal Investigations Department (CID) is investigating a case of alleged rape of a police officer by another officer at the weekend.
The alleged incident was reported at the Lautoka Police Station.
Acting Commissioner of Police Juki Fong Chew has directed that the suspect be interdicted with half pay, and his uniforms and police accessories seized, until the completion of the investigation.
