The FIJI Water Flying Fijians have made another change-up to their squad, this time in the forwards with prop Jone Koroiduadua being ruled out.
Koroiduadua who made his debut for Fiji in the team’s RWC2023 warm-up loss to France as well as the win over England afterwards has been ruled out due to injury.
Similar to fly-half Caleb Muntz who was also sidelined due to injury, Koroiduadua missed the team’s initial two matches, which included a close defeat against Wales and Fiji’s first victory over Australia in 69 years.
He will be replaced by former Fiji U20 Emosi Tuqiri who plays for the Fijian Drua.
Tuqiri is scheduled to join the team in France later this week ahead of their Pool C game against Georgia.
