Director Razim Buksh is set to retire on December 31, capping nearly four decades with the Reserve Bank of Fiji.
His 36-year career includes 17 years at the helm of the central bank’s FIU Unit.
Following his departure, FIU Manager Policy Caroline Pickering and FIU Manager Intelligence Esther Sue will assume temporary leadership until a new director is appointed in January 2024.
The appointment process will be overseen by the Governor of RBF and the National AML Council
