Power supply on the western mainland of Viti Levu should be restored by the end of this week.
As of Monday April 20, Energy Fiji Limited (EFL) had managed a 100 percent restoration of power supply in Rakiraki and Nadi.

Meanwhile power supply to most of Nakoroboya and Matavelo in Ba is restored and the rest of the area should get power today.
By Wednesday April 22 power supply is expected to be restored in remaining parts of Sigatoka : Part of Malomalo, Part of Natadola, Navovo, Uluisila, Togovere, Nadromai, Toga, Vunarewa, Natasini, Natawatawadi, Namuka, Natadola, Tagitagi, Naidiri, Naroro, Yalava/Samusamu, Nawamagi, Part of Lomawai, Navutu, Nadrala,Mavua and Naikeli.
While 99 percent of restoration work has been carried out in Korolevu with only parts of Bila left expecting restoration by Friday April 24.
EFL strongly advises the public to stay away from fallen power lines.
