Fijian Drua’s Iosefo Masi and Selestino Ravutaumada have been given time to think about joining the national sevens side to the Paris 2024 Olympics next month.
The duo confirmed this last night at the Fijian Drua awards event held at the Sofitel Resort on Denarau.
“We’ve been given time to think about and we will talk with the 7s management again tomorrow (Wednesday).” Iosefo Masi said.
“I’m still thinking about it and I will have a few discussions too before we meet again with them (management).” Ravutaumada said.
The Taveuni lads have also been named in Mick Byrne’s Flying Fijians squad to play in the June and July match series which sees them face the Barbarians, Georgia and the NZ All Blacks.
