A woman in her 40s died last night in a house fire that a man and his three children were fortunate to escape unharmed, Fiji police say.
The incident occurred in Mulau, Rakiraki.
Fijian authorities say the woman was allegedly trapped inside the burning home that belonged to the man who works as a carrier driver.
Investigations are continuing in collaboration with the National Fire Authority.
