Fiji have been grouped with USA, Kenya, and England as the 7s series moves to Vancouver, Canada this weekend as hosts of the sixth round of the HSBC World Rugby 7s 2022.
The 28-17 win over New Zealand in the main cup final in Singapore last night sees the side lead pool A, whilst runners-up New Zealand top pool B ahead of Samoa, Wales, and Japan.
Pool C is headed by Australia, and includes South Africa, Spain, and the host team whereas pool D had Ireland as group leaders ahead of Argentina, France, and Scotland.
The following week, the men’s tournament takes a break, making way for the women’s competition in Langford, Canada where the Fijiana 7s women will be in action.
