FEO rolls out voter registration services in Australia

The Fijian Elections Office (FEO) recorded 86 engagements, including 17 new voters, on the first day of registration in Australia.

During the registration drive that began yesterday, 69 voters upgraded to the latest blue VoterCard.

The FEO teams were stationed at Kangaroo Point Uniting Church in Brisbane, the Fiji High Commission in Canberra, and at the Swan Hill SDA Church Hall in Melbourne yesterday and from today until Friday, the schedule is also attached.

Voters in Australia can register or upgrade to the latest VoterCard at any of these centers.

The teams will be returning to Fiji next Thursday, 26 May 2022.

Meanwhile, the drive planned for New Zealand has been put on hold due to changes to the country’s entry requirements. The FEO is also working on arrangements for staff to travel to the US.
