Three men accused of causing the death of a 54-year-old man at the Nausori Bus Stand last month have been charged with manslaughter.
Mikaele Lawaniyavi, Josateki Rabula and Isikeli Lagibalavu appeared before Suva High Court judge Justice Aruna Aluthge in Suva today, where they were served disclosures then released on bail with strict conditions.
The man was allegedly assaulted by the three on 3 October 2020. He died six days later.
The case has been adjourned to Monday 30 November for plea.
