The Vodafone Fijiana XV are headed to Australia to take on the Wallaroos in a Test match on July 6 in Australia.
Fiji Rugby High Performance Manager Women’s Alana Thomas says the team will look to capitalise on their wins from the Drua outings.
“The Vodafone Fijiana XV are looking forward to taking on the Wallaroos again this year. We have seen the gap closing each year and we are looking to convert the success we have had with the Rooster Chicken Fijian Drua women into the Vodafone Fijiana,” Thomas said. “2024 is a new beginning for the Vodafone Fijiana team with a new coaching and management group who are excited to take the team forward as we aim for the RWC 2025.”
The match is one of the fixtures for the Fijiana XV in 2024 as they prepare towards Rugby World Cup 2025.
