Zero new cases, and three COVID-19 recoveries: Fiji Ministry of Health

Fiji’s Ministry of Health recorded three more COVID-19 border recoveries, with one still active and remains admitted at the Lautoka Hospital Isolation Unit.

Today marks 10 days since the country’s last border quarantine case was reported. The country’s COVID-19 tally remains at 66 with 63 recoveries and two deaths.

To date, the Ministry of Health has done a total of 34,346 laboratory tests equivalent to a daily average of 248 tests per day for the last seven days, and a weekly average of 16,115 tests per week for the last two weeks. 

There are currently 949 people who have returned recently from overseas undertaking 14 days of quarantine in Fiji’s border quarantine facilities.
