The Water Authority of Fiji has re-engaged Post Fiji Limited as a payment channel, enhancing accessibility for customers nationwide.
WAF Chief Executive Dr Amit Chanan highlighted the convenience for customers, especially in remote areas.
“In remote or underserved areas, accessing BillPay services can be challenging. Post Fiji’s widespread
presence ensures that WAF customers in these areas can conveniently settle their bills locally, reducing
the burden on both customers and WAF,” Dr Chanan said.
Post Fiji Pte Ltd Acting Chief Executive Officer, Isaac Mow hopes to form synergies with other utility companies for a greater effect and to ease payment for customers.
