Two to front court over robbery spree in Ba

Two men in their 20s suspected to have been involved in eight robberies in parts of Ba this month will be appearing before a magistrates court in the area today.

The two from Navoli in Ba have been charged with two counts of aggravated burglary, five counts of theft, and two counts of burglary.

Chief Operations Officer ACP Abdul Khan said the robberies were reported in Veisaru, Wailailai and Vuda Street where the accused allegedly made off with assorted items including cash and electronic items.

Investigators have recovered some of the items including jewelry, phones and personal belongings.
