Tropical Cyclone Bina has weakened and subsequently renamed tropical depression TD07F, whilst Tropical Cyclone Ana has strengthened to a category three system, according to the Fiji Meteorological Office.
TD07F is expected to move southeastwards and affect the western half of Vanua Levu and the eastern half of Viti Levu – from Rakiraki to Nausori, Taveuni and nearby islands, the Lomaiviti and Lau groups.
Though downgraded, heavy rain and gale-force winds will be felt in these areas, the Fiji Weather Office says.
Damaging gale force winds with average speeds of 85km/hr and momentary gusts of up to 120km/hr. Periods of rain, heavy at times and few thunderstorms.

- Impacts will be minor damages to weak structures, minor damages to houses of very light materials in exposed communities damages to crops and vegetation with trees tilting.
- Heavy rain will continue to bring floods to roads, villages, towns and communities near streams, rivers and low lying areas.
- For people living in coastal areas, expect moderate heavy swells and breaking waves reaching the shoreline and could cause costal flooding especially during high tide. Poor visibility in areas of heavy rain and thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, Tropical Cyclone Ana evolved into a category three system in open waters near Ono-i-Lau and Vatoa, both of which should be experiencing strong winds emanating from the system.
