In the latest round, Tanoa 3Ds secured a comfortable 9-2 victory against Kings, while Movement International Fiji Limited & Nathan Homes Ono Darts secured a 7-4 win against Defence Club during the second week of round two in the Fintel Sponsored 501 Darts League, held at the Defence Club last night.
In other matches, Titans made a strong comeback with a 9-2 win over Traps and Permal Construction Friends United managed a solid 9-2 victory against Cool Ladies.
Salen Singh, Executive of the Suva Darts Association, pointed out that teams such as Permal Construction-sponsored Friends United, 3Ds, Traps, and Titans are all vying to secure maximum points in their pursuit of the four available slots in the semi-final round and this has put Movement International Fiji Limited & Nathan Homes Ono Darts under a lot of pressure, were undefeated in Round 1.
Round 2 winners will be determined after 5 more weeks of round-robin league.
The semi-final stage will feature only the top four teams, determined by their combined performance in both the round one and round two matches.
