13 students are currently at the Vunidawa Hospital in Naitasiri receiving treatment after the truck that serves as their school transport overturned on its way to their school this morning.
The accident happened at Navuniasi at 7am.
Assistant Commissioner of Police Operations (ACP) Livai Driu said the driver had allegedly lost control, causing the vehicle to veer off the road, resulting in the accident.
Police officers are still at the scene as investigations continue.
