   1. Mai TV is the service provider for the Fiji FACT 2024 PPV event. The PPV service is hosted on the Dacast platform
2. Pricing
   1. Viewers in Fiji: 100 Fijian Dollars (FJD)
   2. Viewers outside of Fiji: 100 United States Dollars (USD)
3. Payment Methods Payments for the PPV can be made using the following methods:
   1. M-Paisa
   2. MyCash
   3. Cash For Locals
   4. Overseas Credit & Debit Cards
4. Access and Usage
   1. Access to the PPV content is granted only after successful payment.
   2. The purchased PPV access is for personal and non-commercial use only.
   3. Sharing, reselling, or distributing the PPV content to others is strictly prohibited.
5. Technical Requirements
   1. To access the PPV content, viewers must have a compatible device and internet connection. Mai TV and Dacast are not responsible for
      any technical issues arising from the viewer’s device or internet service provider.
6. Refund Policy
   1. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access to the PPV content has been granted.
   2. In the event of technical issues preventing access to the PPV, Mai TV will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
7. Content Availability
   1. The PPV content will be available only for the duration of the Fiji FACT 2024 event
   2. Mai TV reserves the right to modify or discontinue the PPV service without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
   1. Mai TV and Dacast shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the PPV service, including but
      not limited to technical issues, interruptions, or unauthorized access.
9. Intellectual Property
   1. All content provided through the PPV service, including video, audio, graphics, and text, is the property of Mai TV and is protected by
      copyright and other intellectual property laws.
   2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the content is strictly prohibited.
10. Governing Law
    1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Fiji. Any disputes arising from these terms
       and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fiji.
11. Amendments
    1. Mai TV reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued
       use of the PPV service constitutes acceptance of such changes.
