Police in Suva have launched an investigation following the discovery of a woman’s body inside a vacant house on Rewa Street early this morning.
Authorities received a report around 5:30 am regarding the body of an unidentified iTaukei woman, who was partially dressed, lying motionless in the property opposite Talasiga Road.
They also confirmed the woman’s death at the scene, but her identity remains unknown at this stage.
Police have cordoned off the area as investigations continue.
