Firefighters are in Raiwai at the moment to contain a major fire at a warehouse along Carpenters Street, off Grantham Road.
According to eyewitnesses, the fire started in a warehouse located behind the RC Manubhai complex. A live video shared on social media showed the fire spreading, to what appeared to be the back end of the hardware complex.
Eyewitnesses say the fire started around midnight, within hours after news of the fire at the Ba Town Council market arcade emerged.
Firefighters are at the scene in Raiwai to try and contain the spread.
