Fiji’s Land Transport Authority (LTA) is seeking public assistance in retrieving 55 taxi permits obtained improperly in the Western Division.
Acting CEO Irimaia Rokosawa highlighted the seriousness of the matter, stating that the LTA is conducting investigations and intensifying efforts to identify any individuals involved in collusion.
An LTA retrieval team is also working to recover the permits, and the public is urged to report any sightings or information.
All information provided, Rokosawa says will be treated confidentially, and collective efforts are crucial in upholding the integrity of the transport system.
