Decisions on 7s coaching staff will involve thorough discussions with all parties including players and support staff, says Fiji Rugby Union Trust Chair Peter Mazey.
Mazey said after every tournament, the High Performance Unit General Manager and the Board would review the team’s performance as part of the trustees’ review policy.
“This review aims to assess the team’s performance and identify areas for improvement,” he said.
At its board meeting yesterday, the trustees reviewed operational matters and 2024 tournament plans.
He reaffirmed the FRU’s commitment to supporting the current coaching staff and enabling a positive environment for all national teams.
