With the ongoing support of sponsors, like-minded individuals, and their shared passion for darts, Friends United Darts Club is confident that the club’s legacy will endure, inspiring future generations of dart players.
Recently, the club received a generous donation of $700 from Permal Construction Director Pravin Permal. Club official Salendra Singh said the contribution ably supports their participation in the FINTEL Suva Darts Open League held weekly at the Defence Club.
“The contribution will go a long way in ensuring the success and sustainability of the league, allowing more players to participate and further nurturing the spirit of competition within the club,” Singh said.
He also acknowledges the importance of past sponsors in their growth. Nivis Motors sponsored the club from 2013 to 2015, followed by Vinz Workz and Joinery from 2016 to 2019.
This week, the Permal Construction-sponsored club beat Tanoa 3Ds 7-4 in their games played Monday night. In other matchups, Ono Darts remain undefeated in four games with King’s Darts their latest victim; Defense Club lost to Traps and Titans beat Cool Ladies.
