Fijian Holdings Limited celebrated its 40th anniversary today and announced the approval of a special dividend of $2 million in July.
Chief Executive Officer Jaoji Koroi also paid tribute to those who had led the company through the years especially during the trying ones.
“Today marks the 40th anniversary of Fijian Holdings Limited and we thank God for His blessings and provisions over these years and for those who have gone on from here for setting up this company.”
Koroi said the company now had to look ahead to continuing to fulfill its purpose.
“The challenge is in taking the company into the future in line with its purpose. In recognition of the 40th anniversary, the Board has approved a special dividend of $2million to be paid in July.”
