Tickets for the semi-finals that was not completed last weekend are still valid, but full refunds are also possible for those who wish, Fiji Football Association CEO Mohammed Yusuf confirms.
In a press conference in Labasa on Sunday, Fiji Football boss Rajesh Patel had told MaiTV that they had refunded some ticket holders on the same day.
Meanwhile, in a statement today, Yusuf reaffirmed that the venue for the semi-finals and finals this weekend will be played at Subrail Park as initially planned – with the former to be played on Saturday, 5 December and the latter to be played the following day along with the third/fourth place playoffs.
“There is no change in the venue and all speculations on the social media regarding the change in venue is not true,” Yusuf said.
“All tickets holders for day five and six can use the same tickets to watch these matches, however, all fans who are claiming for a refund will get their full refund.”
Ticket holders in the West can get their refunds from Makanjees Shops, Southern-based tickets holders can do so at the Fiji FA Headquarters in Suva. For the people in the North, refunds can be done at the Labasa Town Council office.
Meanwhile, the CEO also confirmed that the Vodafone Futsal Inter District Championship will go ahead as scheduled from 3-6 December at the FMF Gym in Suva.
