Authorities are looking for the driver involved in a hit-and-run incident that occurred along Tovata Road in Matanikorovatu, Makoi yesterday.
The incident left a 10-year-old child injured, who is currently receiving medical care at the Bhanabhai Health Centre.
In a separate accident along Queens Road near Saweni, two pedestrians were among the casualties who required treatment at Nadi Hospital.
According to Fiji Police, a 29-year-old man was driving a car and crashed into the back of another car, which was also being driven by a 29-year-old man. The impact caused the second car to hit a third car, which then went off the road and hit two pedestrians.
