Cotter names squad for All Blacks Test, with Botia to lead

Flying Fijians head coach Vern Cotter has named a powerful 33-member squad for their historic 2-Test series against the All-Blacks next month.

The squad will be captained by France-based center Levani Botia.

Semi Radradra was not selected due to club commitments. His side the Bristol Bears are playing in the English Premiership Semi-finals and due to this Radradra will not be able to clear the 14-day mandatory quarantine period in New Zealand in time for the first Test match.

Cotter has introduced some exciting young local players such as Onisi Ratave and Vinaya Habosi who represent Namosi Rugby in the Skipper Cup.

Robust Crusaders winger Manasa Mataele and nippy Reds scrum half Mosese Sorovi have also forced their way into the squad after outstanding super rugby seasons.
