Fiji Police are urging drivers to exercise caution following a series of serious accidents that occurred in the past 48 hours, resulting in three people being hospitalised.
Among the injured are a 22-year-old man and two 19-year-olds. One of the 19-year-olds sustained injuries after being struck by a bus driven by a 26-year-old at the Kinoya Bus Stop yesterday. The other 19-year-old was driving when he lost control of the vehicle, veering off the road along Khalsa Road and crashing into a lamppost. The 22-year-old was injured when his vehicle collided with another vehicle along Rewa Street.
Investigations are currently ongoing for all three of these incidents.
