Tower has partnered with Vodafone to offer M-PAiSA as a mobile wallet payment option for customers in Fiji, making paying for insurance online easier and more accessible.
Tower launched My Tower Fiji earlier in May – the first insurance platform in the Pacific that will allow people to pay their insurance premiums, lodge a claim, get a quote, update their personal details, purchase a policy and now view their motor vehicle, house and contents policies, all in one simple online portal.
Veilawa Rereiwasaliwa, Head of Digital Distribution for Tower Insurance in Fiji, said partnering with Vodafone to add M-PAiSA as an alternative way for customers to pay online, is the latest in a range of improvements Tower has made, all with the goal of making insurance as simple and as easy as possible to access for the people of Fiji and the wider Pacific region.
“Our customers have been asking about M-PAiSA as a payment option and when our customers tell us something, we listen. So, we are very excited to announce our partnership with Vodafone, we know that this partnership will enrich the lives of our customers here in Fiji.”
The partnership means Tower customers will be able to access Vodafone Fiji’s digital QR-Pay option, as well as the m-Paisa mobile wallet.
