Sky Pacific has won the exclusive Pay TV rights to show all Super Rugby Pacific rugby matches for the 2026, 2027, and 2028 seasons.
Making the announcement in Suva yesterday, the Fijian Drua said this is part of their new Hybrid Broadcast Model saying this new model splits the rugby broadcast rights into three parts free-to-Air TV, pay TV (Sky Pacific) and digital streaming.
Fijian Drua CEO Mark Evans said this new system ensures that fans have more ways to watch the competition.
“Sky Pacific has been a trusted broadcaster of Super Rugby Pacific Pacific for the past 30 years and subscribers will be delighted to know that this will remain the case for the next three seasons.”
“Their platform gives fans high-quality, uninterrupted live coverage of every match in the competition — a perfect complement to our free-to-air and digital streaming options. This partnership strengthens our Hybrid Broadcast Model and ensures that all fans, regardless of platform, have access to world-class rugby.”
Under this Pay TV partnership, Sky Pacific will broadcast every Super Rugby Pacific match live, including all Fijian Drua fixtures, on its television platform to Subscribers. This includes all 77 round robin matches, three qualifying finals, two semi-finals and the grand final.
CEO of Digicel Fiji, Farid Mohammed said the company was happy to be partnering with the super rugby club in bringing the matches to rugby enthusiasts.
“We’re excited to bring the entire Super Rugby Pacific 2026 season for every thrilling fans across Fiji live. With DTV’s unmatched flexibility to stream matches on any device and network, and Sky Pacific’s affordable sign-up and reconnect offers, we’re making it easier than ever for everyone to enjoy world-class rugby action.”
