RC Manubhai & Co. Ltd., one of Fiji’s leading hardware and home improvement companies, has been named among Forbes India’s Select 200 Companies with Global Business Potential for 2025.
The list, compiled through the Forbes India–DGEMS assessment process, highlights businesses demonstrating strong growth prospects, innovation and the ability to scale internationally.
RC Manubhai was selected from more than 5,200 organisations worldwide and is the only company from the South Pacific to receive this international recognition.
RC Manubhai Group CEO Dr Uppiliappan Gopalan said the recognition reflects the company’s efforts to strengthen its operations and prepare for international expansion.

The announcement comes during the DGEMS 2025 conference in New Delhi, which brings together founders and executives from more than 25 countries for discussions with investors, regulators and government representatives.
RC Manubhai will take part in meetings on global market-entry requirements, a media session outlining its business plans, networking events with investors and trade officials, and panel discussions with previous Select 200 companies. As part of the recognition, the company will also receive a commemorative eXtrepreneur memento for display at its Fiji headquarters.
Dr Gopalan said the listing provides an opportunity to build new international partnerships and raise Fiji’s profile in global business circles.
