The Australian U18 rugby side will look iron out their mistakes as they prepare for their second game against the Fiji U18 team at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka today.
Coach Dan Hawk said his team gave away alot of opportunities in the first game and this resulted in missed chances at getting more scores.
“Fiji were unbelievable as they always are. They capitalised 3 times on our mistakes and we can’t afford to make those ones again in the next game.”
“We have to have more control because the pressure got to some of the boys.”
Hawk said the team have been amazed at the reception they have received in Sigatoka.
“It’s an amazing atmosphere here, definitely something you can’t replicate in Australia, this has been an awesome opportunity for our boys who were selected from our national championships.”
The match kicks off at 3pm today at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka.
