Mahatma Gandhi Memorial School beat a strong Dudley High School side to take home the Under 14 trophy in the Crest Chicken Secondary School Netball Finals at the Netball Centre in Suva today.
In the U15 grade, Suva Grammar School retained their winning streak from last year and defeated a spirited Yat Sen School team narrowly edging them 14 – 12, while the girls from Lautoka Natabua High School held a strong SGS side 17 – 16.
In the U19 grade, Adi Cakobau School side beat SGS 20 – 19 while in the Open grades, Holy Cross College from Taveuni beat Saqani High School 29 – 18 in the girls division and Yat Sen School beat Swami Vivekanand College 16 – 12 in the boys division.
