On behalf of the Head of School of MBHS, it’s Assistant Principal Lemeki Nasau said rugby is more than just a sport.

‘We are here to support the Nasinu XV team to show our solidarity as Southern Zone rugby. While we are fierce rivals on the field, our journey has come to an end but we support Nasinu totally.’

‘Our motto is ‘I am my brothers keeper’, rugby is not just about what happens on the field but off the field as well, best wishes to Nasinu.’

Nasinu Secondary School Vice Principal Navitalai Waiwalu said they were blessed to have been visited by the MBHS delegation and said this was a sign of respect and brotherhood.

“We are very grateful to the Marist Brothers High School family, its teachers and students for coming to visit our team with these gifts today. This is not only a sign of support but of encouragement and means alot to us.”

MBHS bowed out of the Deans trophy competition after losing to Queen Victoria School in the quarter finals last week, while NSS beat Tailevu North College to secure themselves a spot in the semi finals this weekend.
